perspectives from the vantage point of a panel of Vietnamese
undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at both public
and private institutions.
This session was organized
and chaired by Dr. Mark Ashwill, USIEF executive director and
director of the World Languages Program/Fulbright Program
Adviser at the University at Buffalo, The State University of
New York. The panelists were Thu Vu, Diep Thai and
